Objective & module overview
In the previous modules, we introduced the main concepts concerning singing bowls, sound and vibrations, the physical and energetic body. In this 3rd module, at the theoretical level, we will delve deeper into areas related to the physics of sound waves and singing bowls, in order to better understand one of the fundamental principles by which sound therapies operate, namely the principle of resonance. It also covers the special properties of singing bowls and how sound analysis is carried out. This information is provided for informational purposes and it is up to each individual to take an interest in it. At this stage, since you can consider yourself a professional sound practitioner, this basic information is also useful in case of questions on all these subjects. More importantly from a therapeutic standpoint, we will provide a main overview of the key interactions between the physical and energetic bodies, imbalances, and associated symptoms. Additionally, I also share a section on breathing techniques that are equally important from a holistic perspective of health and well-being. These techniques are applicable to oneself, as it is essential to be well oneself before wanting to do good to others.
